By establishing and improving the quality management system, we fulfill the requirements and expectations of customers and owners. The Director is determined to meet the demands of customers and to constantly improve the effectiveness of the quality management system, in accordance with legal national regulations, international standards, environmental protection and occupational health and safety. All employees are responsible for the quality of the processes they perform, accepting constant improvements and preventive actions, as a recognizable style of SMER work, improving the quality of their work in order to meet the needs and expectations of customers. Quality policy provides a framework for identifying and reviewing quality objectives. The basics of the SMER quality policy are:
- Satisfied by our customers, because we demonstrate the ability and reliability to deliver high quality products,
- Effective quality management system, according to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 and concrete quality objectives with continuous improvement,
- Effective process management, from offering and contracting to the execution of contracts / orders, with a constant increase in profitability,
- Delivery of the products of the required and expected quality, which allows to increase the placement and competitiveness of our company.
Competence and motivation for team work, in which the experience and skills of each employee are appreciated and used, is a guarantee that we will maintain and improve the quality of processes and products in order to satisfy our customers! The Director has ensured that everyone in SMER has a quality policy available and explained. The quality policy is reviewed at least once a year to determine the effectiveness of the quality management system and the quality policy objectives.
